A former pastor turned executive, Mackie has spent his career helping organizations thrive by aligning culture, systems, and strategy.

Known for his clarity, candor, and deep care for people, he helps leaders identify blindspots, strengthen communication, and create the kind of culture where people and performance both flourish.

Based in Central Ohio, Mackie lives with his wife and son. When he’s not coaching or speaking, you’ll find him exploring local coffee shops, chasing his son Bear around, watching a good spooky movie with his wife, or planning their next family adventure.
